• The Duke of Cambridge: She's, um, she's very chatty when she wants to be, otherwise, if she's been chatting all day, she's very quiet.

• Prince Harry: I call her Granny. What do you call your grandmother?
• KC: I call my grandmother Nana.
• PH: Ah, I suppose there are other options.
• KC: Yeah!
• PH: But no I don't, I don't call her Majesty.

• KC: How would you describe your mother, if you just had to use a whole host of adjectives?
• The Duke of York: Calm, wise, interested. I don't think I've ever known her to explode or get angry.

• Katie Couric: Do you have to make an appointment to see your grandparents, or can you just pop by the palace?
• Prince Harry: I myself, I very rarely get to see them because I'm always miles away doing other things. And they're always busy.
• KC: But if you wanted to, could you just say, 'hi, can I come over for a cup of tea?'
• PH: I'd like to think so. I'm sure if I rung her up and said, hi, can I come over for a cup of tea, she'd, she would hopefully turn around and say, 'yes, please do.'
• KC: You've never tested that?
• PH: No I-I've, the times I have asked her, she said yes. And, but um, I haven't been rejected yet.
